THAILAND BUSINESS VISA SERVICE
INSTRUCTION
PLEASE GATHER, PREPARE AND SEND THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
 Valid Passport:
You must send the actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least one complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.
 Note: The last three pages on your passport are not visa pages and are not acceptable. If your passport doesn't meet the requirement, click here to see our passport services.
 Visa Application Form:
Download, completely fill-out and sign Thailand visa application form. One form per applicant.
 Business Letter:
An Invitation from a company or organization in Thailand or a Business Letter from your company address to "Consulate ofThailand" explaining the purpose of the trip, guaranteeing financial support for you while in Thailand.
 Photograph:
You must provide two 2"x2" passport type photo.
 Bank Statement:
Copy of recent bank statement showing sufficient fund for the trip.
 Proof of Departure and Return:
A copy of round-trip ticket or itinerary paid in full.
