Valid Passport:

You must send the actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least one complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.

Note: Russia government does not recognize dual citizenship. If you were Russian citizen or have ever held Russian citizenship, you must using a Russian passport travel to Russia, or prove that you have renounced your Russian citizenship (or that your parents renounced their citizenship before you were born). This included anyone born in Russia, or born overseas to at least one Russian parent.

PLEASE NOTE :
--The visa application form MUST be printed on one sheet of paper, front and back. Two page applications will no longer be acceptable.
--Once you have printed the application form on a sheet of paper, front and back, make sure you COMPLETELY fill out all the questions. If the question do not pertain to you, you must write “Not Applicable”. (IE: if you are trying to apply for a Business visa, you would not know the answer to the Tour Group question, so therefore, write Not Applicable, etc.)
--Your application should be filled out in blue or black ink pen only, and it MUST be in ALL CAPS. NO pencils! Only one letter per box, please. They will reject your application if you try to squeeze 2 letters into a box. If the information does not fit into the given boxes, try to abbreviate, or you can type the remaining information onto another sheet of paper and attach that paper onto the application.
IMPORTANT: If you make a mistake, DO NOT put white out or scratch-outs on your application. Just simply fill out a new application. The neglect to follow these instructions thoroughly will result in the rejection of your visa application, and therefore, will result in the delay of your travel.

Photograph:

You must provide one 2x2 passport type photo. Your photo has to be on a white background and clear, and you are not to wear a hat, bandana, or sunglasses (prescription glasses are an exception).
Please DO NOT glue or staple your photo to the application!

Business Letter:

A business letter from the employer or sponsoring company - on the letterhead stationary and signed by someone at your company other than you. - briefly introducing the applicant and clearly stating the precise nature of the business and activities to be conducted in Russia.

Letter of Invitation:

A official invitation from the Foreign Ministry of Russia is required for all business visa applicants.

HIV (AIDS) Test Certificate:

If you apply for multiple entry visa, you must submit an HIV Test Certificate.
Single or double entry visa is not required.
