Valid Passport:

You must send the actual passport. The passport must have at least twelve (12) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least one complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.

Visa Application Form:

Download, completely fill-out and sign China visa application form. One form per applicant.

Photograph:

You must provide one 2"x2" passport type photo.

Visa Notification issued by an authorized Chinese company/organization or local Chinese government office.
Please note, the regular business letter from the U.S. company or the invitation letter from a regular Chinese company is not going to work anymore. If you are not able to provide/get the Visa Notification from an authorized Chinese company/organization, then we suggest you apply for a tourist visa, however, you won't have problem to doing business with holding a tourist visa in China.

Travel Documentation:

Send a copy of your travel itinerary or airline ticket, and the hotel reservation.

Additional Requirements for Non-U.S. Citizens:

You must send a copy of both sides of your U.S. Green Card or your valid H-1 visa.

Please note: The Chinese consulate only issue single entry visa to non U.S. citizen, double entry or multiple entry visa are not available for non U.S. citizen.
