Valid Passport:

You must send the actual passport. The passport must have at least twelve (12) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least one complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.

Visa Application Form:

Download, completely fill-out and sign China visa application form. One form per applicant.

Photograph:

You must provide one 2"x2" passport type photo.

Travel Documentation:

Send a copy of your travel itinerary or airline ticket, and the hotel reservation. Applicants visiting friends and family members shall provide round trip air tickets and certificates of kinship.

Additional Requirements for Non-U.S. Citizens:

You must send a copy of both sides of your U.S. Green Card or your valid H-1 visa.

Please note: The Chinese consulate only issue single entry visa to non U.S. citizen, double entry or multiple entry visa are not available for non U.S. citizen.
