You must send the actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least one complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.

Photograph:

You must provide two 2"x2" passport type photo.

Proof of Address :

Applicants must submit one clear copy of their utility bill or driver license. For Minor, copy of parent's driver license is acceptable.

Authorization Letter:

Download, completely fill-out and sign Indian visa processing authorization letter. One letter per applicant.

Contract Letter & Appointment Letter:

Submit an original contract letter or the employment contract. An employment appointment letter that contains the salary information. The salary must be a handsome amount.

Company Registeration in India and Tax Liability Letter :

You must send a copy of company registeration to proof that the company or organization is registered in India.

A tax liability letter from the company in India which must certify the following details: 1) Indian company should be liable/take responsibility for paying taxes on behalf of the applicant. 2) Foreigners being hired will not exceed 1% of total workforce. 3) Within 1%, Foreigners should not exceed more than 20 employees. 4) In case the number of employees is within 1% but more than 20, applicants should understand that there may be a delay in decisions made on the issuance of the visa.

Resume:

Submit a copy of applicant's resume.

Copy of the birth certificate :

Applicants must submit one clear copy of their birth certificate. For Non-US born applicants that do not have their birth certificate, provide a copy of a document issued by Government authorities. This document could be an old (not current) passport or a school leaving certificate etc., provided it shows their personal particulars like name, date of birth, parents names, and nationality.
