You must send the actual passport. The passport must have at least six (6) months validity remaining before expiration and has at least one complete blank visa page for the visa stamp.

Visa Application Form:

Please click on the link at the bottom of this section to complete, and create your India visa application online. After you fill out the form online, your application form will appear completed on your screen (PDF file), and please print it out !

Photograph:

You must provide two 2"x2" passport type photo.

Proof of Address:

Applicants must submit one clear copy of their deiver license. For Minor, copy of parent's driver license is acceptable.

Authorization Letter:

Download, completely fill-out and sign Indian visa processing authorization letter. One letter per applicant.

Air Ticket:

You must send a copy of your airline ticket for onward journey and valid visa for final destination.
